About Us
The Neurofeedback Network is a network of manufacturers and developers, users from clinics and practice, research institutions and universities. The aim of our network is to promote the broad use of neurofeedback and to inform those interested about different neurofeedback approaches, to provide orientation and to support them through services such as independent therapist search.
The project was funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy from 2011 to 2014 as part of the Central Innovation Program for SMEs.
Our main tasks are:
Provide comprehensive information about neurofeedback to anyone interested
Further promote the awareness of neurofeedback through targeted public relations work
Network users, research institutions and other actors who work with neurofeedback
If you, as a professional user, clinic, association or research institution, are interested in working with the Neurofeedback Network, we look forward to hearing from you! We are also available to contact you for lecture events.
The focus of the network is on Neurofeedback therapy methods, in particular the promotion of their quality-oriented application for optimal patient care.
Accordingly, the aim of the Neurofeedback Network is to strengthen scientific research and professional dialogue between actors in the health care system.
In particular, the network has the following tasks
Promoting public education about neurofeedback therapy methods
Provide easily understandable and scientifically based information to patients
Maintaining a network of experts for scientific advice and quality assurance
To provide an independent and quality assured platform for finding qualified neurofeedback therapists.
The network pursues its aims and objectives in constant exchange with patients, therapists and scientists and is committed to them, their education and counselling.
The network is professionally managed in accordance with its scientific advisory board.
All scientific knowledge arising from the Network's activities will be used and published for the benefit of the general public.
The Neurofeedback Network is committed to pursuing its purpose transparently and independently of economic interests, thereby contributing to the common good. The income of the Network will only be used to fulfil this purpose.
